Cancellations & Refunds

As an events business, we rely on ticket sales to keep our business going, we understand that sometimes life happens, please let us know as soon as possible if you are not attending a class and we will try to accommodate your needs in respect to our policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PUBLIC SESSIONS:
Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance can be transferred to a future class free of charge.
Less than 7 days notice does not allow us enough time to resell your tickets. You can choose to give the ticket to a friend or family member.
If you or someone in your group is unable to attend, you may bring someone else in their place. No-show members will not be refunded.
If your voucher or coupon is about to expire and you cannot attend any class before, please contact us and we will try to help you by booking as soon as possible.
We do not offer refunds on vouchers/coupons/gift cards that have been purchased from us, or from any of our vendors (such as Groupon) if they have expired.

PRIVATE & CORPORATE EVENTS
For private and corporate events, we require a $100 deposit to secure the booking. The remainder will be paid at the conclusion of the event by Bank Transfer or Paypal.
A few policies are in place for Private & Corporate events to ensure the smooth running of our business and events:

Cancellations:
Initial deposits are only refundable if the cancellation request is received more than thirty (30) days before the event date.

Postpone or Rescheduling:
If a request for rescheduling is received more than 7 days in advance, we can reschedule the event at a future date free of charge. If a request for rescheduling is made less than 7 days in advance, the event can be re-booked for a future date after an additional charge of $50 re-booking fee.

Late Commencement Fee:
A late commencement fee of $30 will be charged in the following cases:
If access is not provided to the venue for setting up at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled event time, and also 30 minutes after the end of class for cleaning up.
If our instructor has to wait longer than 30 minutes for the commencement of the session to wait for late attendees.
